    Full job description

    Packers

    We are currently hiring for Packer/Press Operators - Packaging and Inspection for both Day and Night shifts. This position involves the safe operations of packaging and quality inspection of plastic horticultural containers in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work 12-hour rotational shifts (every other weekend off).

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain product production.
    • Count and inspect parts, record data, and follow workflow processes.
    • Pack and label finished parts.
    • Maintain safe work environment.

    Requirements:

    • Must be able to bend, twist, climb, stand and lift items of up to 50lb.
    • Teamwork is a key value to the organization and working collaboratively with others is a must.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen.
    Benefits:
