Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to contribute to the development of high-quality, user-centered digital solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining and implementing user experience strategies, ensuring design consistency, and enhancing usability across our software platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

·        Advocate for the importance of User Experience within the organization and educate teams on UX best practices.

·        Design user-centric solutions that meet both business objectives and user needs.

·        Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to address complex business and user challenges.

·        Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and accelerate development across platforms.

·        Identify UX issues and propose actionable solutions to relevant stakeholders.

·        Gather, analyze, and incorporate user feedback, analytics, and usability findings to optimize the user experience.

·        Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

·        Collaborate closely with two Scrum teams responsible for software maintenance and enhancement.

·        Conduct UX research using methods such as user interviews, surveys, competitor analysis, laboratory studies, and analytics evaluation.

المهارات

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

·        Demonstrated experience as a UX/UI Designer with a comprehensive portfolio of relevant projects.

·        Experience leading design sprints and facilitating collaborative problem-solving sessions, including with senior personnel.

·        Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within an Agile sprint framework.
