Job Title: Claims Operations Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time (Partial/Full as required)
Working Hours: Onsite at Dubai office

Role Overview:
The Claims Operations Manager leads a large multicultural team, working closely with regional offices in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and covering the Gulf region (UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait). Strong people, operations, and change management skills are required. International health insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational leadership to ensure effective management of a large claims team.

  • Drive high performance, meeting and exceeding SLAs and targets.

  • Monitor workload forecasts and productivity targets with Workforce Management alignment.

  • Lead the team through change and innovation, managing continuous transformation and improvement.

  • Ensure quality monitoring and initiatives for “Right First Time”.

  • Manage provider reconciliations and financial clearance letters for previous years.

  • Promote a high-performance culture through coaching and team engagement.

  • Ensure efficient end-to-end processes that exceed customer expectations.

  • Support required changes until implementation with minimal operational disruption.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience managing large teams.

  • Motivated and able to inspire others to exceed targets.

  • Proven ability to manage and implement business change.

  • International health insurance experience is a plus.
