Available Position

Financial Controller – Muscat, Oman

  • Location: Muscat, Oman

Role Overview:
The Financial Controller will establish and manage the company’s financial framework, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and financial planning for the transition to full independence post-incubation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement financial systems, processes, policies, and internal controls.

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to ensure financial health and transparency.

  • Monitor and control expenditure during both incubation and operational independence phases, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Ensure full compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements; establish frameworks for risk management and reporting.

  • Develop and support a sustainable long-term financial model to underpin business strategy and operational autonomy.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal auditors, banks, government authorities, and other external financial stakeholders.

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of finance experience, preferably in aviation, infrastructure, or investment sectors.
