Key Responsibilities



Implement and monitor QC procedures across production lines



Ensure compliance with food safety & regulatory standards



Conduct inspections, audits, and product quality checks



Support continuous improvement initiatives



Collaborate with production & QA teams to maintain product excellence



Requirements



Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field



Minimum [4-5 years] of QC experience in FMCG (preferably food manufacturing)



Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, GMP standards



Attention to detail with a passion for quality and safety
