    The Line Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to the Kitchen’s recipes and specifications.


    Core Responsibilities:

    • Labels and stocks ingredients on shelves to ensure organization and easy accessibility.
    • Sets up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment to support efficient kitchen operations and assist team members during prep.
    • Prepare ingredients by chopping, peeling, and portioning in alignment with menu requirements.
    • Cooks and presents dishes as per standard recipes, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation for customer satisfaction.
    • Maintains sufficient stock at cooking stations, especially during peak hours, to support efficient kitchen operations.
    • Maintains kitchen cleanliness and eliminates potential hazards to comply with hygiene and safety standards.
    • Follows standardized kitchen recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and visual appeal.
    • Inspects and monitors kitchen equipment regularly, reporting issues promptly to management to ensure safe, uninterrupted operations.
    • Complies with culinary standards and food safety regulations as defined by the kitchen’s operational protocols.
    • Applies and monitor portion control measures to reduce waste and support cost-efficiency goals.
    • Communicates clearly and proactively with kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
    • Upholds personal hygiene and maintain a professional appearance in alignment with kitchen standards.
    • Adapts to menu updates and contribute ideas for seasonal or daily specials when applicable. as requested by management.
    • Participates in regular meetings and training sessions to support continuous skill development and team performance.
    • Executes food orders efficiently and promptly, especially during peak hours.
    • Collaborates with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination and organized workflow.
