We Are Hiring: IT Engineer 



Position: IT Engineer


Employment Type: Full Time


Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia


Career Level: Mid-Career


Qualification: BSc in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field




Key Responsibilities:




Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.


Maintain and manage Windows Server.


Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.


Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.


Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.


Expertise in CCTV technology (installation & maintenance).




Requirements:


Proven experience as an IT Technician.


Tech-savvy with knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control tools.


Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.


Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.


Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.


Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.


 Salary: Determined after the interview.
