Data Entry Clerk (with Experience)**.




**Key Responsibilities:**




1. **Accurate Data Entry:** Input alphanumeric data from various source documents (paper forms, electronic files, spreadsheets) into designated computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets quickly and accurately.


2. **Data Verification & Validation:** Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information; verify entered data against source documents; perform routine data cleaning and validation checks.


3. **Data Maintenance:** Update and maintain existing database records regularly; ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.


4. **Source Document Management:** Organize, file (physically or electronically), and retrieve source documents as needed.


5. **Reporting (Basic):** Generate simple reports or summaries from entered data as requested.


6. **Confidentiality:** Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and adhere to data security protocols.


7. **Task Management:** Prioritize and manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines and productivity targets.


8. **Communication:** Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data-related queries or issues.


9. **Software Proficiency:** Utilize relevant data entry software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), database applications, and company-specific systems proficiently.


10. **Quality Assurance:** Consistently achieve high levels of accuracy (e.g., 98%+) in all data entry tasks.




**Required Qualifications & Experience:**
