Darwish Interserve Facility Management W.L.L (DIFM) is expanding and seeking skilled professionals to join its team across various roles in MEP, HVAC, civil works, CAFM coordination, cost estimation, technical operations, and supervision. Responsibilities

Depending on the role, responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining MEP/HVAC systems and operations (Engineers & Operations Managers)

  • Coordinating and overseeing facility activities and support services

  • Preparing accurate cost estimations and BOQs (FM Estimators) ↚  

  • Supervising janitorial, civil, and technical teams

  • Operating and managing CMMS/CAFM systems efficiently

  • Ensuring compliance with QHSE, UPDA, and QCDD standards

  • Leading shifts and technical operations in facility management environments

Requirements

General Qualifications Across Roles:

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, HVAC, or related fields

  • Experience ranging from 3 to 15+ years based on the role

  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) is mandatory for key management positions

  • Certifications such as UPDA Grade A/B, QCDD, or professional memberships (IFMA, RICS, etc.) are preferred

  • Specific experience in Facility Management and use of CAFM/CMMS systems is essential for many roles
