Technician – CCTV, Access Control & Shooting Range Systems

Location: Bin Mahmoud, Doha – Qatar
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technician with solid knowledge in CCTV, Access Control Systems, and Shooting Range technologies. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (IP/Analog), NVRs/DVRs, and monitoring solutions.
Install and service Access Control Systems including biometric devices, card readers, and controllers.
Install, calibrate, and maintain shooting range equipment (target carriers, scoring systems, control panels).
Conduct site surveys, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
Ensure cabling, termination, and labeling meet standards.
Prepare service reports and maintain project documentation.
Provide technical support and basic end-user training.
Adhere to safety and security guidelines.

Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related technical field.
3–5 years’ experience in CCTV, Access Control, or ELV systems (shooting range experience is a plus).
Strong networking knowledge (IP addressing, switches, routers).
Hands-on cabling experience (UTP, fiber optics, coaxial).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting abilities.
Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
Must be available in Doha and ready to join immediately.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with additional ELV systems (Public Address, Intercoms, IPTV).
Knowledge of system integration with BMS or security platforms.
